Task: Extend the dashboard with a CI runs view per branch. Show build steps with pass/fail, duration, and expandable log output. Reuse the existing LogViewer component. Add ability to re-run CI from the UI.

Success Criteria:
Clicking a branch CI badge opens detailed run view with step-by-step results. Logs render in real-time during active runs. Re-run button triggers new CI run. Historical runs accessible with pagination.
