Task: Add a 'Preview Changes' tab or button to the existing task detail view that opens the diff viewer. Should be visible for tasks in reviewing, review_passed, and needs_review states. Also show it during running state with a refresh button for live progress.

Success Criteria:
Task detail modal shows a 'Changes' tab when task has a branch. Clicking it loads and displays the diff viewer. Tab shows file count badge. Works on mobile viewport widths via Tailscale access.
